The Journey of Crosscourt Foundation

`Crosscourt Foundation is a youth leadership and workforce development nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of underserved youth through tennis, education, character development, leadership training, and workforce readiness. Our mission is not simply to teach tennis, we use tennis as a proven tool to develop discipline, confidence, academic growth, leadership, and future career opportunities for young people ages 4–18 in Tulsa and surrounding communities.`

The 'Why Tennis' Philosophy

`Tennis uniquely develops discipline, emotional control, focus, accountability, communication, resilience, and confidence. At Crosscourt Foundation, we use tennis as a structured tool to close education gaps, build strong character, and prepare youth for future careers. We don’t build tennis players, we build people who are ready for the classroom, the workplace, and life.`

Rooted in Scripture

Our foundation is anchored in the Word. We draw strength from Revelation 12:11, which speaks of overcoming through faith, and Proverbs 22:6, which emphasizes the importance of training the heart. Every program pathway—from Intro to Leadership—is designed to reflect these biblical principles of character and perseverance.

`We Don’t Build Tennis Players. We Build People.`

`Every child who enters Crosscourt Foundation is seen as a future leader. Every session is designed to build the whole person—not just the athlete—by combining tennis, education reinforcement, character development, leadership training, and workforce readiness. Through measurable outcomes and clear reporting, we partner with families, donors, and community leaders to create real, long-term impact for Tulsa youth. We don’t build tennis players—we build people prepared for school, work, and life.`
